sample and order between Veloro Leathers (\"we\", \"us\"), 6300 Riverside Plaza Ln. NW, Ste 100, Albuquerque, NM 87120, USA, and the business or person ordering from us (\"you\"). They also cover use of veloroleathers.com.<\/p>\r\n        <p>By sending a quote request, paying an invoice or approving a mockup, you accept these terms. If we sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement wins wherever it differs. Our handling of personal data is described in our <a class=\"bx-in\" href=\"\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"quotes\">\r\n        <h2>Quotes, mockups and pricing<\/h2>\r\n        <ul class=\"bx-list\">\r\n          <li>Mockups and quotes are free. A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Prices are in US dollars unless stated. They depend on product, quantity, materials, decoration and delivery terms shown in your quote.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Your quote lists each cost. Anything not listed, such as import duties or taxes on ex-works orders, is your responsibility.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Prices on the website and any online estimate are guides only. Only a written quote from us is a binding offer.<\/li>\r\n          <li>If materials, exchange rates or your specifications change before you pay, we may update the quote before production starts.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"samples\">\r\n        <h2>Samples<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We recommend a physical sample for every new design. The sample price is shown in your quote. Samples are usually ready in 5 to 7 days after you approve the mockup and pay for the sample, plus shipping time.<\/p>\r\n        <p>A sample shows the design, material and quality of the final product. Small differences can occur in bulk production, as explained in the section on quantities, colors and materials. Bank fees and currency conversion costs on your side are your responsibility. Payment providers may add their own fees, which we will show before you pay. After written approval, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were visible in the approved version.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Low-resolution or unclear files may print or embroider poorly. We will tell you if we see a problem and may suggest a fix.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Colors on screens differ from printed, dyed or embroidered results. We will tell you promptly if we expect a delay, and we work to keep you informed until your order ships.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"tolerances\">\r\n        <h2>Quantities, colors and materials<\/h2>\r\n        <p>Custom manufacturing is not perfectly exact. Please accept these normal variations:<\/p>\r\n        <ul class=\"bx-list\">\r\n          <li><b>Quantity:<\/b> we may deliver up to 5% more or fewer pieces than ordered, and invoice the exact number delivered. <!-- EDIT: change 5% if you use a different tolerance --><\/li>\r\n          <li><b>Color:<\/b> small shade differences between the sample, different batches and your screen are normal.<\/li>\r\n          <li><b>Leather:<\/b> natural leather has grain, scars, texture and tone differences from piece to piece. These are features of the material, not defects.<\/li>\r\n          <li><b>Size and placement:<\/b> measurements and print or embroidery positions may vary by a small margin, as is usual in the industry.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"shipping\">\r\n        <h2>Shipping, delivery and customs<\/h2>\r\n        <ul class=\"bx-list\">\r\n          <li>We ship with carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. Tracking details are sent to you once your order leaves our factory.<\/li>\r\n          <li><b>Delivery terms:<\/b> your quote states whether the price is delivered duty paid (we handle duties and import taxes) or ex-works (you pay duties and taxes on arrival).<\/li>\r\n          <li>You must give a complete and correct delivery address and a contact who can receive the parcel. Extra costs from wrong addresses or refused deliveries are yours.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier collects the goods from us. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and the carrier straight away and we will help with the claim.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Delivery dates are estimates. We cover reasonable return shipping if the claim is valid.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Once we confirm the fault, we reprint or replace the affected items and ship them to you.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <h3>What is not a production fault<\/h3>\r\n        <ul class=\"bx-list\">\r\n          <li>Errors in artwork, text, sizes or colors that you approved.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Variations covered in the section on quantities, colors and materials.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Damage from normal wear, misuse, washing against care instructions or storage.<\/li>\r\n          <li>Damage by the carrier after collection. See the shipping section.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>Because every order is made specially for you, custom products cannot be returned for a change of mind.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"cancel\">\r\n        <h2>Changes and cancellations<\/h2>\r\n        <ul class=\"bx-list\">\r\n          <li><b>Before production starts:<\/b> you may change or cancel. We will refund your deposit minus costs we have already incurred, such as samples, design work and materials already bought.<\/li>\r\n          <li><b>After production starts:<\/b> we cannot cancel or refund, because the goods are made to your design. We will try to accommodate small changes if the work has not reached that stage, and may charge extra for them.<\/li>\r\n          <li>We may cancel an order if payment is not received, if we cannot make the item to the quality you expect, or if the order breaks the law or the rules on intellectual property. We will then refund what you paid for work not yet done.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"ip\">\r\n        <h2>Intellectual property and confidentiality<\/h2>\r\n        <ul class=\"bx-list\">\r\n          <li>You keep all rights in your artwork, logos and designs. You give us permission to use them only to make your mockups, samples and orders.<\/li>\r\n          <li>You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You agree to cover claims arising from artwork you supply.<\/li>\r\n          <li>We may refuse artwork that appears to copy protected brands, characters or trademarks.<\/li>\r\n          <li>We keep your designs, files and order details confidential and do not share them except with staff and suppliers who need them for your order. We do not publish your products in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.<\/li>\r\n          <li>The design, text, images and code of veloroleathers.com belong to us. Please do not copy them without written permission.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"bx-sec\" id=\"liability\">\r\n        <h2>Warranties and limits on liability<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We make products with reasonable skill and care and to the specification you approve. Apart from what these terms say, we give no other promises about fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.<\/p>\r\n        <p>To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost sales or missed events. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>\r\n        <p>Neither side is responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government action, power failures or carrier disruption. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
