What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product. Most categories start between 25 and 100 pieces per design. Choose a category above and the quote form shows the typical minimum.
Can I upload my own design, and which file formats work?
Yes. You can upload PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG or ZIP files in the quote form. A rough sketch or photo is fine too, and our team will prepare production-ready artwork.
Can you design it for me if I do not have artwork?
Yes. Choose "Please help me design" in the form, describe your idea, and we will send a mockup for your approval before anything is produced.
How long do production and shipping take?
Samples usually take 5 to 7 days. Bulk production is typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantity. Express shipping to the USA, Canada and Europe then takes about 4 to 8 business days.
Do you make a sample before the full order?
Yes. We recommend a sample for every new design so you can check the material, color and quality. Tick "I want a sample first" in the form and we will include the sample price in your quote.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
After you approve the quote we send a secure invoice. We accept bank transfer, card and PayPal. Production starts once the deposit is received.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Your quote shows both options: delivered duty paid, where we handle everything, or ex-works, where duties are billed on arrival. We explain the difference and help you choose.
