This page tells you what information Veloro Leathers collects when you visit our website or request a quote, why we need it, who sees it, and how you can control it.
Who we are
Veloro Leathers ("we", "us") makes custom leather goods, apparel, sportswear, packaging, promotional merchandise and accessories for businesses in the USA, Canada and Europe. We run the website veloroleathers.com and are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: what you type into our forms, what you send us on WhatsApp or email, and what your browser shares when you visit.

| Messages | Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp, including your WhatsApp profile name and number. |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the page you came from. Analytics data is collected only if you accept cookies. |
| Order and payment records | Invoices, shipping addresses and payment confirmations after you place an order. We never see or store your full card number. |
Please do not send us sensitive information such as government ID numbers, health details or card numbers through the forms.
How we use your information
- To answer your request: prepare your free mockup, quote and sample, and reply by the channel you chose.
- To deliver your order: produce, inspect, ship and invoice it, and prepare customs documents.
- To provide support: answer questions and handle changes, reprints or complaints.
- To improve our website: understand which pages and forms work, if you accept analytics cookies.
- To market to you: send product news or offers only if you asked for them or the law allows it. You can opt out in every message.
- To meet legal duties: keep accounting records, prevent fraud and spam, and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Legal bases for using your data
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these grounds under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
- Contract: to respond to your quote request and deliver an order you place.
- Legitimate interests: to run and secure our website, prevent spam and improve our service, where your rights do not outweigh ours.

Cookies and browser storage

When we transfer data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Contact us to request details.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests and messages: up to 3 years after our last contact, so we can support reorders.
- Orders, invoices and customs records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually 6 to 10 years.
- Catalog and marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
After that we delete or anonymize the data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
- Access: get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion: ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Restriction and objection: limit or object to certain uses, including marketing.

Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
